L’auteur raconte ici l’histoire de la lutte violente à laquelle ils se livrent pour la domination du milieu parisien, doublée d’une lutte pour le pouvoir en Tunisie. Le terrain est international: Tunisie, France, Russie, Argentine… Tout y passe. On ne recule devant rien: drogue, sexe, et violence…
Des clans s’affrontent, des cadavres tombent, les mafieux font des affaires, et les services de renseignement (français, russes, et tunisiens) surveillent ou manipulent depuis les coulisses.
